Welcome to Pleasur.ai (the “APP”).
These Terms of Service (the “TOS”) establish the legally binding conditions for your use of the APP, which is operated by Pleasur LLC.
By accessing or using the APP, you agree to be bound by these TOS and any other policies available on https://pleasur.ai. If you do not agree with these terms or any other policies, please cease using the APP immediately.
The APP is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any use of the APP for unauthorized or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
For the purposes of these TOS, “you” and “your” refer to the user of the APP.
General
Pleasur.ai is an online chat platform that uses artificial intelligence algorithms to generate virtual, fictional characters (the “AI Companions”). The APP generates messages to allow interaction with the AI Companions, and it can also generate other media including, but not limited to, images, videos, and voice notes (collectively, the “Services”). Some of the APP's Services may require you to create a user account.
To begin using the APP, you need to select an AI character or generate your own character (both physical and personality characteristics) using our algorithms. You can then start a conversation with your selected character(s).
Pleasur.ai strives to provide an engaging experience, but we do not guarantee the availability of any specific AI Companion or feature. All aspects of the APP are subject to change, and we may introduce new features or discontinue existing ones without prior notice. The APP is also not intended to provide professional advice, and interactions with AI Companions should not be considered as counseling or consultation.
Account
Some Services offered by the APP may require you to create a user account with a registered email and password (the “Protected Areas”). You agree to use only your own registered email and password to access Protected Areas. You may sign up or log in using your email address.
You agree that all information you provide when creating an account is accurate, and you agree to update any account-related information when necessary, ensuring it is always current. You also agree to keep your account credentials confidential and to not share access with any third party.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Your account is non-transferable, and you may not sell, lend, or share access for commercial or free use.
Violating these TOS, including failing to maintain accurate account information, may result in the termination of your account at our discretion. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to your account or the APP at any time if there is any suspicion of a TOS violation.
Subscription
Certain Services are available only to paid subscribers. Subscription begins upon payment and is subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all fees, charges, and taxes related to your subscription.
Please note that subscriptions obtained through third-party platforms not recognized by Pleasur LLC are not our responsibility, and any related costs or liabilities are borne by you.
Subscription plans may include monthly, yearly, or lifetime options, and payment methods may vary depending on your location and availability. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or discontinue subscription plans at any time. Users will be notified of changes affecting existing subscriptions.
User Safety
Your safety is important to us. We urge you not to disclose sensitive personal information (e.g., financial details, addresses, or passwords) during conversations with AI Companions. While we take measures to protect user data, we cannot guarantee the security of information shared during interactions. You are responsible for protecting your own personal information and should exercise caution while engaging with AI Companions.
Interactions with AI Companions should remain respectful, and users must refrain from any behavior that could be harmful or inappropriate. In the event of a breach of these guidelines, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts.
We encourage users to report any inappropriate or suspicious behavior encountered on the platform to maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
Warranties
You warrant that:
If you are accepting these TOS on behalf of another individual, you are authorized to bind that individual to these terms;
You are of legal age to form a binding contract with us in your jurisdiction;
If you are not of legal age, you are prohibited from accessing or using our Services.
You understand and agree that the Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Pleasur
LLC makes no guarantees regarding the functionality or performance of the APP, and you assume all risks associated with using the Services.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the APP, including technology, systems, text, images, videos, audios, and software, is owned by or licensed to Pleasur LLC. Users may only use the APP for personal purposes; any reproduction, modification, or distribution without explicit permission is prohibited. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
The design, layout, and overall look and feel of the APP are also protected under copyright law, and users must not attempt to copy or use these elements for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to pursue any unauthorized use to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your Content
You may provide input within the APP (“Input”) and receive output from the APP (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively referred to as “Content.” Input is limited to chats and prompts visible only to you within your private account. You retain ownership of your Input but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Services.
By using the APP, you grant Pleasur LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, and display your Input in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may terminate this license by deleting your Input or account, although previously used Input may remain associated with commercial content until discontinued.
We may also aggregate and anonymize user content to enhance the performance and development of the Services, without identifying individual users.
Restrictions of Conduct and Content
Rules and Restrictions
By accessing the APP, you agree not to:
Modify, adapt, or reverse-engineer any part of the APP;
Circumvent or interfere with security features of the APP;
Gain unauthorized access to systems or networks;
Use the APP to violate any law or regulation;
Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices;
Use the APP to create, distribute, or promote harmful or offensive content;
Use the APP to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
Violations of these restrictions may result in legal consequences, and we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement in cases of misuse of the APP.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the Output generated by the AI Companions. Pleasur LLC does not control or endorse this content, and you must ensure that your interactions comply with these TOS and applicable laws. Examples of acceptable interactions include respectful conversations, engaging with fictional scenarios, and asking questions that do not involve sensitive personal information. Unacceptable interactions include using the APP to promote illegal activities, sharing explicit content, or attempting to impersonate others.
User Conduct
Pleasur LLC is not liable for any actions or consequences arising from interactions with AI Companions. Users must exercise judgment and discretion during interactions. This includes refraining from sharing
sensitive personal information, avoiding harmful or inappropriate discussions, and understanding the limitations of the AI Companions. Users should also avoid relying on the AI for critical advice or decision- making, as the APP is designed purely for entertainment purposes. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of access to the APP.
Content Moderation
To maintain a safe environment, we use content moderation filters. If content that violates our policies is detected, we may take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or permanently terminating access. We may also manually review flagged content to ensure compliance with our policies.
Please report any violations through the “Contact” section of the APP, and we will investigate promptly. Our goal is to maintain a positive and respectful community for all users, and we appreciate your cooperation in upholding these standards.
We reserve the right to monitor user activity and interactions to ensure compliance with these TOS. Content that violates community guidelines may be flagged and removed.
DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and take such claims seriously. Pleasur LLC will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing content.

Blocked Content Policy

We aim to create a safe environment for all users, and content may be blocked if it is deemed to violate our community standards, contain harmful elements, or otherwise be inappropriate for the APP. Users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these content guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain a positive community experience.
Payments
After reaching the free message limit, users must subscribe to continue using the APP. Subscription plans may include monthly, annual, or lifetime options, payable through various methods such as credit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. It is the user's responsibility to maintain valid payment information to avoid service interruptions. If a payment is declined, access to premium features may be restricted until the payment issue is resolved. Users will receive notification emails regarding renewal and any issues related to payments.

Fulfillment Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free version with limited access to services.
Access Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation, access will be limited to the free version of the platform. You will retain access to any basic features that are part of the free version, but premium features will no longer be available. Unused tokens will expire immediately upon cancellation, and no refunds will be provided for unused tokens or remaining subscription time.
Modifying Subscription Plans
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription, with changes taking effect in the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment, subject to limitations such as the usage of tokens. Refund eligibility may depend on the payment method used, and certain methods, such as cryptocurrency payments, may not qualify for refunds. If a refund is processed, access to premium features and unused tokens will be revoked immediately. Please note that refund requests made after the 24-hour period will not be honored, and users are encouraged to review their subscription carefully before making a purchase.
If a subscription or token purchase is refunded, access to premium features and unused tokens will be revoked.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
Content generated by the APP is not guaranteed to be accurate. We strive to improve the quality of our Services but make no warranties as to the accuracy of results.
AI Companions are designed for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon for factual information or decision-making.
Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PLEASUR LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PLEASUR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, SUCH AS LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the APP, including loss of data or unauthorized access.

Pleasur LLC does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or security of these third-party websites. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These TOS are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these TOS, including their interpretation, validity, or termination, will be resolved in the courts of the United States. By using the APP, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for any dispute resolution.
If you reside outside the United States, you agree that any legal action relating to these TOS will be initiated within the United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. courts.
Changes to Terms and Policies
We reserve the right to revise these TOS or any related policies at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated version on the APP. It is your responsibility to regularly review the TOS and related policies to stay informed about any changes. Continued use of the APP following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes made, you must stop using the APP immediately.

Termination and Assignment
These TOS remain effective until terminated by you or us. We reserve the right to terminate these TOS or your access to the APP at our discretion, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated any provision of these TOS or any related policies. In the event of termination, you will lose access to all
features of the APP, including any subscriptions or content you have purchased. Pleasur LLC may also assign or transfer these TOS, along with any rights or obligations, to a third party at any time without notice.

Miscellaneous
If any part of these TOS is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and Pleasur LLC. No waiver of any provision shall be
considered a waiver of any other provision, nor shall it constitute a continuing waiver. Any failure by Pleasur LLC to enforce any right or provision under these TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in the future.
